By submitting your phone number via a website form, text keyword, QR code, verbal consent, or other opt-in mechanism, you expressly consent to receive SMS messages from RepairBirds regarding: • Service updates and notifications • Appointment reminders • Customer support communications • Marketing and promotional messages (only if you explicitly opt into marketing) Consent obtained via web form, text keyword, or other method must be clear, documented, and demonstrable. You may be sent a confirmation message (double opt-in) requiring a reply (e.g., “YES”) to finalize subscription in compliance with A2P best practices. You certify that the mobile number you provide is capable of receiving SMS messages and that you are the authorized user of the number.

2. Message Frequency, Costs & Delivery:

Message frequency depends on the Service and the type of messages you elect to receive. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply based on your carrier plan. RepairBirds is not liable for any charges incurred by you. You are responsible for all charges and fees associated with receiving SMS messages.

3. Opt-Out / Unsubscribe:

You can withdraw your consent and stop receiving SMS messages at any time by replying with any of the following keywords: • STOP • UNSUBSCRIBE • CANCEL • END After you send an opt-out message, you will receive a one-time confirmation that your request has been processed. You will not receive any future messages from RepairBirds unless you re-opt in. Replies other than these opt-out keywords may not be recognized.

5. Use of Opt-In Data:

Any data sharing is limited to service providers who support message delivery and business operations under strict confidentiality obligations.

6. Eligibility and Representations:

You represent and warrant that: • You are 18 years or older (or have reached the age of majority in your jurisdiction). • You are the authorized user of the phone number provided. • You consent to receive communications at the number provided. SMS Services are not directed to individuals under the age of 16 and we do not knowingly collect information from minors.

7. Modification of Terms:

RepairBirds reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. The updated Terms will be posted online with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the SMS Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.

8. Limitation of Liability:

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, REPAIRBIRDS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SMS SERVICE, INCLUDING FAILURE OF DELIVERY, ERRORS, OR DATA LOSS, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
